Are you someone who struggles with remembering things? I am! I try not to be, but I am. I'm the type of person that really needs a schedule so I know what I'm missing or forgetting to do. It really makes it hard to reach goals and feel like you're getting ahead when you forget to do important things.
If this is you, try making a simple schedule in the morning, at least of the things that are really important for you to remember. I find an easy way to do this is on my phone since that's the one thing we all seem to have in hand most of the time! Make a to do list in the notes, or even the timer with reminders set during the day, especially if you're like me and forget to check my to do list also!
What can I say, I'm 50 with a 6 year old son and a 1 year old grandson running around, a husband who's self employed and my small businesses that I run myself too, it's a zoo here, I forget a lot ;)
