Staying Active And Healthy

Boy, it's amazing how quickly we get lazy when we get out of the routine of staying active and health conscious. I've been so bad lately, it's time to get back to a normal routine of walking and taking some good things into the body!
I'm one who does NOT like exercise, however, I love to walk. Early in the morning is the best time. Especially now, it's only about a billion degrees in the summer, so early morning is great. Well ok, maybe not a billion, but close :) and with some good music or self improvement recordings to listen to, it makes it really enjoyable. Plus it's a great time to think about your day and what's to come.
So, I'm starting a new routine! Some new supplements that will help with getting my body working right and keep me going strong, early morning walks and a bit of healthier eating.
