50 Reasons To Exercise

Exercise...I'm so not a fan. Why is it that so many of us find it so hard to stick to a good exercise plan? We know all of the benefits, how much it's needed for our body, and how much better it makes you feel. I'm the worst! I get a plan and all pumped to start, I go strong, then it fades. I just DO NOT like exercise. I know there are a lot more of  "me" out there too.  We are only hurting ourselves. We need it. Let's stop the madness!! Everyone commit to do at least 1 small thing to start. It's never too late to get healthier. ~pm
