Never assume that someone isn't doing enough or what they should be, unless you're walking right next to them witnessing the journey. Everyone is different and moves at different paces, everyone has struggles that may hold them back that we know nothing about. Just because you're in a different place doesn't mean they're wrong, just that you're in different places. Making someone feel inferior or unsuccessful with words and actions, or absence, never helps or motivates.
Remember where we all started! Lead with compassion, guidance and strength, not by comparing them to you, we're all different. Never let your own success over shadow the help and compassion you're meant to be sharing.
