Sunday Prep Day

Sunday is the perfect day! You can relax, work, spend time with family, cook, share your spirituality or do nothing! It's a great day to plan for the week ahead also. Be prepared by setting a schedule and goals for the week, whether work or home related. You can even plan ahead meals on Sunday, that are easy to prepare each night with minimal time. If you struggle with setting boundaries for your time, keep in mind that if you're working from home, you need to separate work and home.
I am one who needs to stick to a schedule or I'm all over the place. I find it much easier of I get up early, clean up what ever needs to be cleaned, shower and get ready for work ahead of time. Then when the family is up and ready for morning rituals, I'm ready also, and get them situated then start working with a clean slate and nothing hanging out in the back of my mind yelling for my attention, but my work. Work smarter not harder
