Tips For Having A Good Day
1.) Start early
2.) Be professional (get up and get ready)
3.) Start the day with some positive affirmations
4.) Release any negative feelings, your day won't go well if you start out with a negative attitude.
5.) Make a "to do" list or schedule first thing and stick to it. This helps with being accountable
if it's written down!
6.) Let the house stuff or "busy" work wait. Stick to that schedule when it's work time.
7.) Stay connected and be coach-able.
8.) Be organized, it's hard to feel like your creating success when your desk is cluttered and your
office or space is unorganized.
9.) Most of us have small children at home, have things for them to do too. Don't just wing it!
10.) Remember why you do what you do, if that's not enough to motivate you, rethink things.
Don't let other people influence your day in a negative way. Keep your thoughts your thoughts. It's hard to stay motivated when you're listening to a lot of negative talk and junk from other people, it can change your thoughts entirely even if you are a positive person. This is why it's a good idea to connect with like minded people who are positive and lift you up, then you can do the same for them.~pm
