Recipe for Chili Verde

Ok my sister gave me her recipe so it's not original, or maybe it is since not exactly the same ;). Large pork roast, cubed. 2 jars Herdez Salsa Verde. 1 jar Herdez Salsa Casera. Garlic cloves, chopped( as much as you like). White onion, chopped. salt and pepper to taste. Cube roast and brown in large dutch oven in a little olive oil. Remove and saute onion and garlic in pan. Return pork to pan cover with salsa and verde sauces and simmer for 2 or 3 hours. Serve in flour tortillas with toppings- tomato, lettuce, cilantro, onions, cheese or whatever you like. Need guacamole, beans and rice on the side. This is the easiest, best verde, we make nachos with the leftovers. Yummm.
